Silent Auction Terms & Conditions

• All items are sold “as is.” Bidders are responsible for reading all details and terms provided for each item.
• Unless otherwise noted, all items are new, however we do open manufacturer packaging and verify that items function as intended.
• Bidding is managed through the Zeffy auction platform and is accessible via mobile devices.
• Bidding will open at 5 PM and closes at 7 PM PDT on April 26, 2025 — winners will be notified via email or text.
• While you aren’t required to be a ticketholder for our event to participate in the auction, only ticketholders will be allowed to collect their items on the evening of our event.
• If you are the winner of an auction item and you are not a ticketholder, we are happy to make arrangements with you to pick up your item(s) during our normal hours of operation, which is Tuesday through Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM Pacific time.
• We request that all items are collected by the winners no later than Friday May 2, 2025.
• If arrangements are made to pick up items after the event, all items may be picked up at our office, 34 N. Main St. Colfax, CA
• We are also happy to ship items, however, we will not ship items that have any age restrictions or weigh over 25 pounds.
• We’ll do a great job of packing, however we assume no responsibility for damage or loss during shipping.
• If you plan on bidding and have any questions, including those regarding shipping costs on any of the auction items, please contact us no later than April 25, 2025.
• Payment must be completed by winners within 2 hours of auction close.
• All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are permitted.
• Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of the item and awarding to the next highest bidder.
• By participating in the auction, you agree to these terms and support Care Sphere’s mission to uplift autism caregivers.
